Case Study: Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce

The mission of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce is to drive economic development in the borough, and tourism has become an increasingly important part of that strategy. BlankSlate worked with the Chamber to develop and launch Explore Brooklyn, the borough’s first dedicated tourism site.


Designed for ease of use across all devices, provides valuable information about Brooklyn for visitors and residents alike. The site combines editorial content created by BlankSlate, an event calendar, and a complete business directory harnessing the power of BlankSlate Pages, giving visitors an insider’s guide to all that Brooklyn has to offer. Another distinguishing feature of the site is the neighborhood guide, a primer for visitors that helps them navigate the many distinct regions of Brooklyn and their distinguishing characteristics.
